Enjoyed our lovely modern rooms in this hotel.
The outstandingly accommodating staff helped us during visit. The location was unbeatable and excellent - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. Also, Charlotte Premium Outlets was placed in direct proximity.

Loved the a double room, wouldn't mind staying there all day. The staff was ready to assist, superfriendly people. Absolutely perfect and excellent location - within short walking distance to everywhere we needed.
We didn't like that there was shuttle missing, were a little disappointed.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my needs, being close to the things I wanted to do in Charlotte. The staff at the front desk, bistro, and housekeeping were all very friendly and made my stay enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and I felt safe throughout my stay. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. I had a fantastic experience at Courtyard Charlotte Steele Creek and would highly recommend it.
There were a few minor drawbacks during my stay. I didn't have housekeeping services for the duration of my three-night stay.
